SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are usually processed within 2-3 days. Standard Shipping arrives within 4-8 days.

However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Herbafuel, we stand behind the quality of our products and we are 100% dedicated to your complete satisfaction and positive experience with us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Limitations apply.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, or unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at herbafuelco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I view my past orders?

Yes, if you are logged in to your account. From the top navigation click on the profile icon. Under ‘Order History’ you can see all of your past order information.

I noticed the GMP seal on all of your products, what does this mean?

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. Manufacturing facilitates are certified with this stamp by regulatory agencies within the United States, Canada, Europe and other countries. These guidelines ensure the highest quality manufacturing standards are maintained, assuring that the products are of a high quality and do not pose any risk to the consumer or public.

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now we only ship within the USA however our aim is to be a globaly recognized nutritional brand. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter so you will be in the know if we do start offering international shipping!

Are your products available on Amazon as well?

Can l return or exchange my purchased item?

Our number one priority is your satisfaction as our customer. Although we are confident that our products are of the highest quality on the market, we understand that sometimes there are issues which are our of our control. How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically we ship out your order within 1-3 days. However, in case of unexpected delays it can take up to 1-2 weeks.
